DELAND, Fla. / ARLINGTON, Wash. – August 11, 2026 – Parachute Laboratories, Inc. (PLABS), a veteran-owned manufacturer of high-performance parachute systems based in DeLand, Florida, and Ballenger International, LLC, a specialized supplier of military and aerial delivery solutions, today announced an exclusive dealer agreement for Parachute Laboratories’ parachute products.

Under the agreement, Ballenger International becomes the exclusive authorized dealer for Parachute Laboratories’ parachute products in the designated territory. The partnership builds on a relationship that has spanned more than 15 years, during which Ballenger has successfully represented PLABS personnel parachute systems to foreign military and law enforcement customers.

The agreement grants Ballenger exclusive rights to market and sell PLABS parachute systems in the designated territory while allowing the company to continue supplying complementary aerial delivery products and equipment that fall outside PLABS’ manufacturing scope. Both companies emphasized a collaborative approach that prioritizes customer requirements and protects established business development efforts.

Parachute Laboratories designs and manufactures a full range of personnel and specialized parachute systems, including the well-known Racer series, for military, law enforcement, sport, and emerging aerospace applications. Ballenger International provides comprehensive solutions in aerial delivery, military parachute systems, and related support services to defense and security customers worldwide.
